No 1379 Pacific Highway is on the opposite side <strong>of</strong> the
highway on the corner <strong>of</strong> Lowther Park Avenue. No 1428
Pacific Highway is located further <strong>to</strong> the north and on the
same side as the subject site. No 1359 Pacific Highway,
which is located diagonally opposite the site <strong>to</strong> the south
across the Pacific Highway, was converted <strong>to</strong> strata
apartments.

Dimensions and <strong>to</strong>pography
The site is irregular in shape and has a <strong>to</strong>tal area <strong>of</strong> 4240m 2 . Frontages <strong>to</strong> the Pacific Highway and
Lamond Drive measure 54.5 metres and 61.1 metres, respectively. The western boundary is
irregular and has a <strong>to</strong>tal length <strong>of</strong> approximately 67 metres. The northern boundary measures
approximately 94 metres.
The site slopes from the north-eastern corner <strong>to</strong> the south-western corner at a grade <strong>of</strong> 18%. The
<strong>to</strong>pography was modified substantially <strong>to</strong> accommodate the existing structures which include a
tennis court and two in-ground pools.
Improvements
The site comprises four lots, each containing a two s<strong>to</strong>rey dwelling with associated structures
including a tennis court and in-ground swimming pool.
