All units are accessible by three separate lifts provided from three pedestrian access points. One
vehicular access is proposed within the centre <strong>of</strong> the frontage. Pedestrian access will <strong>be</strong> gained by
three ‘ramps’ which will extend from the footpath <strong>to</strong> the front <strong>of</strong> the building. This will also
provide for disabled access.
Parking is available for 79 vehicles within five levels <strong>of</strong> basement parking. This is comprised <strong>of</strong> 68
resident spaces and 11 visi<strong>to</strong>r spaces. Garbage s<strong>to</strong>rage is also provided within the basement.
A communal area <strong>of</strong> private open space and lap pool has <strong>be</strong>en provided <strong>to</strong> the north <strong>of</strong> the building.
The proposed buildings will <strong>be</strong> finished in a variety <strong>of</strong> building materials, as detailed on the
pho<strong>to</strong>montage and the model provided with the application.

In accordance with Council's Notifications Policy, owners <strong>of</strong> 61 surrounding properties were given
