Council has the right <str<strong>on</strong>g>of</str<strong>on</strong>g> access <str<strong>on</strong>g>to</str<strong>on</strong>g> the facility <strong>at</strong> all reas<strong>on</strong>able times by advance notific<strong>at</strong>i<strong>on</strong> <str<strong>on</strong>g>to</str<strong>on</strong>g> the<br />

club executives. The Rugby Club do provide access <str<strong>on</strong>g>to</str<strong>on</strong>g> the cricket clubs for the upstairs club room<br />

<strong>on</strong> request.<br />

As part <str<strong>on</strong>g>of</str<strong>on</strong>g> the process Council engaged the St<strong>at</strong>e Valu<strong>at</strong>i<strong>on</strong> Office (SVO) <strong>on</strong> <strong>26</strong> August 2004 <str<strong>on</strong>g>to</str<strong>on</strong>g><br />

assess the current market value <str<strong>on</strong>g>of</str<strong>on</strong>g> the clubhouse (Attachment 3).<br />
