COMMENTS<br />

The "Memorandum for Acti<strong>on</strong>" forms would <str<strong>on</strong>g>be</str<strong>on</strong>g> useful, however, Councillors and Staff have <str<strong>on</strong>g>be</str<strong>on</strong>g>en<br />

Councillors are able <str<strong>on</strong>g>to</str<strong>on</strong>g> e-mail Direc<str<strong>on</strong>g>to</str<strong>on</strong>g>rs or simply c<strong>on</strong>tact them <strong>on</strong> their mobile ph<strong>on</strong>es <str<strong>on</strong>g>to</str<strong>on</strong>g> report any<br />

m<strong>at</strong>ters requiring more urgent <strong>at</strong>tenti<strong>on</strong>. Both methods are more immedi<strong>at</strong>e than a form which has<br />

<str<strong>on</strong>g>to</str<strong>on</strong>g> <str<strong>on</strong>g>be</str<strong>on</strong>g> delivered <str<strong>on</strong>g>to</str<strong>on</strong>g> the appropri<strong>at</strong>e Council Department for acti<strong>on</strong>ing.<br />
