the fee for the original development applic<strong>at</strong>i<strong>on</strong>, and<br />

(b) in the case <str<strong>on</strong>g>of</str<strong>on</strong>g> a request with respect <str<strong>on</strong>g>to</str<strong>on</strong>g> a development applic<strong>at</strong>i<strong>on</strong> th<strong>at</strong> involves the erecti<strong>on</strong> <str<strong>on</strong>g>of</str<strong>on</strong>g> a<br />

dwelling-house with an estim<strong>at</strong>ed cost <str<strong>on</strong>g>of</str<strong>on</strong>g> c<strong>on</strong>structi<strong>on</strong> <str<strong>on</strong>g>of</str<strong>on</strong>g> $100,000 or less, $150, and<br />

(c) in the case <str<strong>on</strong>g>of</str<strong>on</strong>g> a request with respect <str<strong>on</strong>g>to</str<strong>on</strong>g> any other development applic<strong>at</strong>i<strong>on</strong>, as set out above <str<strong>on</strong>g>to</str<strong>on</strong>g><br />

this clause, plus an additi<strong>on</strong>al amount <str<strong>on</strong>g>of</str<strong>on</strong>g> not more than $500 if notice <str<strong>on</strong>g>of</str<strong>on</strong>g> the applic<strong>at</strong>i<strong>on</strong> is required<br />

<str<strong>on</strong>g>to</str<strong>on</strong>g> <str<strong>on</strong>g>be</str<strong>on</strong>g> given under secti<strong>on</strong> 82A <str<strong>on</strong>g>of</str<strong>on</strong>g> the Act.<br />

Secti<strong>on</strong> 96<br />

Secti<strong>on</strong> 96(1) Modific<strong>at</strong>i<strong>on</strong>s <str<strong>on</strong>g>to</str<strong>on</strong>g> rectify minor errors, incorrect<br />

descripti<strong>on</strong>s or calcul<strong>at</strong>i<strong>on</strong>s.<br />

Secti<strong>on</strong> 96(1A) modific<strong>at</strong>i<strong>on</strong>s involving nil <str<strong>on</strong>g>to</str<strong>on</strong>g> minimal,<br />

envir<strong>on</strong>mental impact <str<strong>on</strong>g>of</str<strong>on</strong>g> a very minor n<strong>at</strong>ure.<br />

Secti<strong>on</strong> 96(1A) Modific<strong>at</strong>i<strong>on</strong>s involving limited<br />

envir<strong>on</strong>mental impact. Maximum fee charged is $500.00 or<br />

50% <str<strong>on</strong>g>of</str<strong>on</strong>g> the fee for the original DA, whichever is less).<br />

Secti<strong>on</strong> 96(2) Modific<strong>at</strong>i<strong>on</strong>s <str<strong>on</strong>g>of</str<strong>on</strong>g> Development C<strong>on</strong>sent - in all<br />

other cases if original fee was $100 or more will <str<strong>on</strong>g>be</str<strong>on</strong>g><br />

charged <strong>at</strong> $100 or 50% <str<strong>on</strong>g>of</str<strong>on</strong>g> the original fee which is gre<strong>at</strong>er.<br />

Secti<strong>on</strong> 96(2) Other modific<strong>at</strong>i<strong>on</strong> th<strong>at</strong> require the c<strong>on</strong>sent or<br />

c<strong>on</strong>currence <str<strong>on</strong>g>of</str<strong>on</strong>g> another approval body or the Minister.<br />
