Pressure is ong>beong>ing placed on the built environment by increased development and the need for Council ong>toong> manage appropriate forms ong>ofong> development that are sympathetic ong>toong> the area. There is an ongoing need ong>toong> ensure a reliable, consistent, effective and efficient development assessment and regulation service.
