PETITION
REQUEST FOR A CONCRETE WALKING PATH AT END OF
GROSVENOR ROAD (JUNCTION OF LADY GAME DRIVE) - (SEVENTY-
SIX [76] SIGNATURES)
"As residents <strong>of</strong> Grosvenor Road, we enjoy walking <strong>to</strong> Lane Cove River National Park.
However, there is no walking path for the last 100 metres <strong>of</strong> Grosvenor Road <strong>be</strong>fore the
Lady Game Drive junction. Instead, it is covered with hazardous weeds, rocks and rubbish.
There is a potential for serious injury for pedestrians.
We, therefore, urge the Council <strong>to</strong> carry out is duty <strong>of</strong> care for its residents that a smooth
concrete pavement on the side <strong>of</strong> this road <strong>to</strong> <strong>be</strong> laid as soon as possible."
RECOMMENDATION
That the Petition <strong>be</strong> received and referred <strong>to</strong> the appropriate <strong>of</strong>ficer <strong>of</strong> Council for attention.
