UNIVERSITY CAMPUS - (THREE HUNDRED & TWELVE [312]<br />

1. Support UTS Kuring-gai <str<strong>on</strong>g>be</str<strong>on</strong>g>ing maintained as a UTS University Campus.<br />
2. Do not support the sale <str<strong>on</strong>g>of</str<strong>on</strong>g> the Campus for residential or other development.<br />
3. Recognise the envir<strong>on</strong>mental and heritage value <str<strong>on</strong>g>of</str<strong>on</strong>g> the UTS Kuring-gai Campus, and<br />
the value th<strong>at</strong> the Campus provides for the local community.<br />
