Environmental Planning & Assessment Act 1979 (as amended) Section 79C 1. Matters for consideration - general In determining a development application, a consent authority is ong>toong> take inong>toong> consideration such ong>ofong> the following matters as are ong>ofong> relevance ong>toong> the development the subject ong>ofong> the development application: a.
