fashionablefood JIM TSELIKIS & SABIN LOMAC By Joey Tron • Photography by Christian Thomas Imagery BRINGING LOVE & LOBSTER TO LOS ANGELES Jim Tseliki and Sabin Lomac 18 in 2012, Sabin and Jim Started their first food truck business in Los Angeles called Cousins Maine Lobster. CML was featured on Shark Tank where they sealed a deal with Barbara Corcoran, and have since appeared on The Chew, Katie Couric, and Good Morning America. After such debuts, the company was named Best Food Truck in LA for 2012 and 2013. Since then local foodies have been lining up for their signature cult classic, The Lobster Roll. This buttery treat cannot only be found on the truck but now on your very own door step. CML started an E-commerce business and now sell Live Maine Lobsters, oysters and other pier favorites. Sabin and Jim call it a “shore to door” experience. “Sourcing our Maine lobster is what is most unique to us. Sabin and I are both from Maine, have our facility on a wharf in Maine, and source the best Maine lobster there is. Providing the succulent and tender Maine lobster to customers is so important. We want to see them smile, have a great experience, and continue coming back. Being native Mainers, having an authentic story and having true roots and feet on the ground in Maine is what differentiates us from any other business”.
