LINE ITEM TRANSFERS
Ratified the attached line item transfers for the 2010-2011 budget.
SAFETY GRANT
Accepted the 2011 Safety Grant award from New Jersey School Boards Association
Insurance Group in the amount of $8,257.00. This grant will be used to partially fund the
District’s School Resource Officer for the 2011-2012 School Year.

CAFETERIA LUNCH PRICES
Approved the attached 2011-2012 cafeteria lunch prices. These prices do not include an
increase.
2011-2012 TAX LEVY PAYMENTS
Approved the attached 2011-2012 Tax Levy schedule of payments for each municipality.
CANCELLATION OF PRIOR YEAR RECEIVABLES
Authorized the School Business Administrator to cancel the following District Receivables
that were recorded incorrectly:
Tuition Receivable – Logan Township $2,144.00
SENIOR TRIP CONTRACT
Approved the contract with World Class Vacations to provide arrangements for the April
24-28, 2012 Senior Trip.
ON-LINE PAYMENTS
Approved an on-line payment system with Parent Account Management System
(PayPAMS) beginning July 1, 2011.

2011-2012 Kingsway Regional Marching Band Schedule
Student Parking cost increase from $10.00 to $25.00
2011-2012 Activity Registration and Participation Fee Structure:
Tier I Activity Registration Fees: All middle school and high school students who wish to
participate on an athletic team, marching band, and/or cheerleading squad must pay a
$75.00 registration fee prior to the start of the season.
Tier II Activity Participation Fees: All high school students who wish to participate in an
activity or club must pay a $75.00 participation fee at the beginning of the school year.
All middle school students must pay $50.00.
Family Cap: the fees shall be capped with a maximum total fee per family set at $400.00
(dependent children residing in the same household) per school regardless of the
number of activities or programs the pupils elect to participate in throughout the school
year.
