ULTRA NOURISHING CONDITIONER WITH DERMOFEEL PA-3
Used in combination with our Ultra Moisturizing Shampoo results in silky smooth hair with a fresh, long-lasting
scent! Dermofeel PA-3 is a natural and biodegradable alternative to EDTA to remove harsh metals that can
affect the hair’s luster. Resassol VPF is included to solubilize fragrance naturally and “PEG-Free”, without
the need for the pre-heating or homogenization.

Procedure:
1. Charge water to main tank with propeller mixing high enough to create a vortex. Add remaining
Phase I ingredients. Begin heating to 80°C. Mix until clear.
2. Add Phase II Ingredients as listed, one at a time, maintaining batch temperature. Mix until
homogeneous.
3. Remove from heat and begin force cooling. Combine fragrance and Resassol VPF in separate
container. Mix until fragrance is solubilized (mixture will be uniform) and add to main at 50°C.
4. Adjust pH with citric acid 25%.
