• Your healthcare practitioner can prescribe<br />

other <strong>smoking</strong> cessation medications.<br />

Speak to them to see which medication<br />

will work best for you.<br />

Be prepared for relapse or difficult<br />

situations:<br />

• Be careful around other smokers.<br />

• Reward yourself with the money you are<br />

saving.<br />

• Enjoy healthy eating and stay active.<br />
