The <strong>AIM</strong> <strong>Program</strong> is a five week residential program designed to assist students of color in making a successful<br />

transition from high school to college by providing:<br />

• An opportunity to gain real life experiences as <strong>Kettering</strong> students, prior to college admission.<br />

• Further development in math, chemistry, computers, economics, and business prior to enrollment in college.<br />

• Career information and exploration experiences to help focus and make career decisions.<br />

ELIGIBILITY - Students of color presently in the 11th grade are eligible to apply. Participants must have a minimum<br />

3.0 GPA in high school English, math, and science courses which should include two years of English, two<br />

years of algebra and one year of chemistry with lab.<br />

COST - <strong>Kettering</strong> University and its corporate sponsors, as well as private donations, provide support to cover<br />

tuition, room & board, books and supplies.<br />
