The Winter Warmer is a classic deep
tissue massage. It is both invigorating
and stimulating, and can be specifically
designed to focus on painful joints or

and wrap, which works upon the pressure
points to disperse warming energy
throughout the body, and creates space
within the ankle joint to achieve optimum

Smoothening
In the Winter months, the skin is often
flaky and dehydrated. The Winter Clear
Out Scrub contains fine Himalayan salt
which is infused with melted Shea and
Mango Butter and essential oils. The blend

When applied, the dryness is effectively
polished to result in an even and smooth
skin texture. Combine with Winter Warmer
body massage or Winter Fleece Wrap for

Restoring
A comforting thermal clay is applied to
gently heat the body, and give nurturing
relief to any stiff bones or joints. During
this envelopment, the face is cleansed
with hot compresses which are infused
with warming Fire Zest. To conclude

moisturiser is administered to feed the skin
and also seal in the moisture.

This is a body envelopment treatment,
which is designed to maximise on
the absorption and penetration of the
specialised potent ingredients applied.
The serum used is highly effective in

refreshing grapefruit, juniper berry,
rosemary and geranium further helps to

While the spa provides lockers, it is recommended that

Advanced booking is highly recommended to ensure
preferred times are available, particularly if you choose
to enjoy multiple bookings during your stay. The spa
provides walk-in bookings based on availability. To make

Spa Experience
To enhance your spa experience and support the
benefits of your treatment, we recommend you arrive
30 minutes prior to your scheduled time to enjoy our
facilities comprising sauna, steam and jacuzzi situated
in the locker area as well as a relaxation lounge. Our
roof top terrace has an outdoor pool and a pool bar
which enjoy breath-taking views of the Nile. For your
convenience the spa will provide towels, robe and
slippers required for use during your visit. During all
treatments you will be suitably draped to protect your
privacy.
Private Spa Suite
Our Private Spa Suite offers complete escapism for you
and a friend or loved one. Enjoy the soaking bath for
two, sauna and steam shower before your individual spa
treatments. The complete Private Spa Suite experience
is reserved for a minimum of two hours and you can
book additional hours if you require. The spa reception
will be happy to help you schedule your private spa
escape.
Pregnancy
Please allow us to assist you in selecting suitable
services and we would be delighted to customise our
treatments for this special time.

Cancellation and Change Policy
We kindly ask our guests to provide a minimum of 24
hours notice for changes or cancellations to avoid a
50% charge. With fewer than 12 hours notice you will
be charged for 100% of your treatment. If appointments
are reserved before your arrival to the hotel, the spa
cancellation policy follows that of your hotel reservation.
Late Arrival
If your time is limited prior to treatment, please be
informed that a late arrival will deprive you of your
treatment time. As a courtesy to the next guest, your
appointment will end as originally scheduled.
Hours of Operation
Spa Treatments are available from 10am to 10pm. The
Fitness Centre is open 24 hours.
Pool Bar
The Pool Bar, located on the rooftop next to the outdoor
pool, offers a wide selection of cool drinks and light
meals to further enhance your time with us.
Hair Salon
