your feet. Maybe a chat with the skiers beside you. A smooth ride to the middle of the ski area. Armed with the latest
gear from our ski hire and tips from the Kempinski alpine sports shop assistants. Discover this incredible ski area in the
truly breathtaking scenery of the Kitzbühel Alps for yourself. And try something new while you are at it: there is hardly
anything you cannot do here. Freeriding, ski touring, ice climbing, night skiing, fun sports and even heli-skiing.
We at any rate are looking forward to the winter: lots of snow, great slopes and routes, exciting races down the Streif – and
also the festive spirit around Christmas. Romantic walks in the crisp alpine air and the cosy atmosphere in front of the
crackling fire – after a day out in the snow.

Mario Hofmann who cooks regional specialities at least as well as Asian dishes, which we will serve you in our Sra Bua

Enjoy winter from
its most beautiful side
in the Kitzbühel Alps
Warm ski boots. The latest model of skis. And only a short distance
from the ski room to the slopes. Ski-in, ski-out – in one of the largest
ski regions in the Alps, with some of the most reliable snow. That’s how
skiing works at the five-star hotel Das Tirol.
A short stop for something to eat at lunchtime in the patisserie in the
hotel lobby, where you can enjoy a tasty sandwich or a moist slice of
cake with an aromatic cup of coffee. Or head straight from your last
descent to the Champagne Bar on the hotel terrace.
If you don’t feel too safe on two narrow skis or one wide board, you
can register for a skiing or snowboarding course right here in the hotel
– with a group or with a private instructor. And we haven’t just got the
instructor in the hotel, but all the equipment you need is here on the
spot too. The latest models of skis for all mountain fans: carving skis,
twin tips for deep snow, touring skis and ultramodern cross-country
skis are all available at Sport Etz, our in-house shop, along with all the
protective clothing including helmets and protectors, plus toboggans
and fun equipment. And, of course, we also provide top class service for
your own equipment.

In addition to skiing, the Kitzbühel Alps are ideal for various other winter activities.
CROSS-COUNTRY SKIING
The valleys in the Kitzbühel Alps are perfect for cross-country skiing without difficult ascents – the stunning mountain
views also add to the attraction. There are many places nearby where you can join the local 580 km network of skating and
classic trails.

TOBOGGANING
Tobogganing is great fun for all the family. Here there are several toboggan runs where refreshments are conveniently
close by, making it an unforgettable winter experience. For speed-loving night owls, some of the runs are floodlit until
midnight.
SNOWSHOEING
Snowshoeing in fresh snow is a highlight on any winter holiday. Away from the ski slopes you can enjoy the quieter side of
nature – snow-capped mountains, glistening ice crystals and fresh alpine air.

INSIDER TIP FOR THE REGION
We already have five stars and a new “private gondola”
is now an added asset for the hotel. Ski-in, ski-out made
it very convenient, but the new ten-seater gondola with
seat heating has created a completely new dimension
in comfort. In the coming winter season, as before you
will first have to take the practice lift to the Wagstätt
valley station, but then it’s non-stop easy going right
up to Wurzhöhe. And when you’ve had enough, you
can ski straight back to the hotel again. Ski-in, ski-out
KempinSKI style.

Terms
The prices shown are per room per night, inclusive of extensive
breakfast buffet and entry to our 3,600 m² Kempinski The Spa.
Stays over New Year and Christmas must include bookings for
the New Year’s Eve or Christmas Gala respectively.
We charge EUR 100 per night per adult and extra bed inclusive
of the extensive breakfast buffet.
If half board is booked in advance, we charge EUR 45 per
person per day.
Children up to the age of 5 can stay in their parents’ room free
of charge (inclusive of breakfast, exclusive of other food and
drink). Children aged between 6 and 11 inclusive receive 50%
reduction on the extra bed and half board.
Underground car parking spaces are available by request for a
fee of EUR 20 per day.
We charge EUR 25 per day per pet.
Reservations must be guaranteed in advance by credit card or
deposit payment.
Your room or suite is available to you from 15.00 on your day of
arrival and until 12.00 on your day of departure.
