5. Pension
Stipendiary Lecturers are entitled to a share of a room.
The Lecturer is entitled to be a member of the Universities Superannuation Scheme. A full
statement on USS is available from the Bursar.
6. Leave
The Lecturer is not entitled to sabbatical leave.
7. Equal Opportunities Policy
The policy and practice of Keble College requires that entry into employment with the
College and progression within employment will be determined only by personal merit and

relevant salary structure. Subject to statutory provision, no applicant or member of staff will

The successful candidate will be required to provide documentary evidence of his or her
eligibility for employment in the UK before starting work with the College.
8. Applications
Applications should reach the College Academic Registrar, Mrs Deborah Rogers not later
than Tuesday 4 June 2013. They should contain brief particulars of the candidate, including
a summary of career and details of education, degrees and other qualifications; experience in
teaching, research or other employment; research in progress or planned; details of
publications, prizes or awards (if any); and the names and addresses of two referees who can
speak with detailed knowledge about the candidate. Candidates should ask their referees to
write directly on their behalf to the College Academic Registrar, Mrs Deborah Rogers, Keble
College, Oxford OX1 3PG (deborah.rogers@keble.ox.ac.uk) by the closing date for
applications.
