Chouraqui created the agency <strong>Kazachok</strong> in 2001.<br />
Did you say <strong>Licensing</strong>?<br />
<strong>Kazachok</strong> positions itself as an independent and unique agency that assists<br />
all the different representatives of the licensing market.<br />
<strong>Licensing</strong> is a genuine profession. It presents the association of the abilities of a right-holder who shares<br />
his brand and an industrialist who produces and commercializes products or services. That relationship<br />
creates a consumer product that profits from the popularity and the values of the brand to increase the<br />
sales. It is a win-win relation:<br />
The right-holder can increase the awareness of his brand by presenting it in new sectors and can raise his<br />
income by collecting the royalties from the licensee: A lucrative communication!<br />
The licensee can increase his turnover more quickly and can differentiate himself from his competitors by<br />
supporting an already well-known brand.<br />
What is the role of <strong>Kazachok</strong>?<br />
It introduces the professionals who are not aware of <strong>Licensing</strong> and would like to start a career, and it helps<br />
them to minimalize the risks.<br />
But it also supports longtime professionals of the licensing branch by communicating the recent events, by<br />
helping them find new business partners, by allowing them to take a step back and by providing permanent<br />

events like the <strong>Kazachok</strong> <strong>Licensing</strong> Forum and we have a consulting activity to help right-holders to create<br />
their licensing strategy and to recommend licenses to manufacturers. We develop everything leading up to<br />
operational implementation. <strong>Kazachok</strong> serves as a training program agency as well, and in 2013 we’ll<br />
launch a Training Program Katalog’ dedicated to the licensing market. The first seminar will take place on<br />
the 27 th & 28 th of June covering the theme of diversification by the brand license.<br />
