The Children’s Learning Center accepts<br />

children of students, staff, faculty, and<br />

alumni.<br />

The Children’s Learning<br />

Center is a DCFS licensed<br />

center that provides<br />

educational programs,<br />

outdoor activities, a<br />

healthy food program, and<br />

quality care for your children. During<br />

Spring and Fall Semesters, programs<br />

are available for children ages two<br />

through six. During Summer Semester,<br />

programs for ages two through twelve<br />

years are available.<br />

Financial assistance is<br />

available for eligible families.<br />

NEW REQUIREMENT TO<br />

REGISTER FOR ONLINE<br />

CLASSES<br />

Effective for Fall 2010 online classes,<br />

GUID 103 will be a prerequisite for all<br />

online classes. Please be aware that<br />

GUID 103 is a free .5 credit hour course<br />

that provides a brief but comprehensive<br />

orientation to taking online coursework at<br />

<strong>Kaskaskia</strong> College. Experienced online<br />

students should be able to meet the<br />

established learning outcomes quickly<br />

while less experienced online students<br />

may take longer to benefit from the<br />

information provided.<br />
