WAYS TO PAY FOR YOUR CREDIT<br />

CLASSES AT KASKASKIA COLLEGE<br />

1. Cash – Pay cash for the full amount of your tuition and fees at the Cashier’s Office on campus.<br />

2. Money Order – Make money order out for the full amount of your tuition and fees payable to<br />

“<strong>Kaskaskia</strong> College.”<br />

3. Personal Check – Make check payable to “<strong>Kaskaskia</strong> College” for the full amount of your tuition<br />

and fees.<br />

4. Credit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express) – You may use credit cards in<br />

person at the Cashier’s Office to make payments for tuition and fees. If using a credit card,<br />

tuition and fees can also be paid online or over the phone.<br />

5. Nelnet Payment Plan – Students who wish to budget payment of their tuition need to sign up for<br />

the Nelnet Payment Plan by the pre-arrangement deadline. Deadline date is December 5 for the<br />

2013 Spring Semester. Students can find the plan by going to CampusNet, clicking on the<br />

Financial Information-Student tab. Then click on Nelnet Payment Plan option:<br />

6. Veteran’s Benefits – If you are an Illinois veteran with an “honorable” character of service, contact<br />

the Financial Aid Office at (618) 545-3080.<br />

7. Financial Assistance – Financial assistance includes scholarships, grants, loans, and work-study.<br />

All students should complete the FAFSA to determine eligibility. For further information, contact<br />

the <strong>Kaskaskia</strong> College Financial Aid Office at (618) 545-3080.<br />

8. Special Programs – Tuition waivers are available for in district Senior Citizens age 60 and above.<br />

Dislocated workers may also be eligible for some assistance. Call (618) 545-3166 for more<br />

information regarding the Dislocated Worker Program.<br />

9. Employer Paid Tuition – It is your responsibility to present the purchase order, tuition assistance<br />

form or letter of intent from your employer at the time of <strong>registration</strong>.<br />
