Welding<br />
Classes begin the week of January 14, 2013. Classes are offered at the<br />
<strong>Kaskaskia</strong> College Crisp Technology Center located at Rte. 161 and Airport<br />
Road in Centralia. Students MUST attend one of the program orientations that<br />
are scheduled for Monday, January 14, 2013 from 8:00 am to 12:00 noon;<br />
Tuesday, January 15, 2013 from 8:00 am to 12:00 noon & again from 5:00 pm<br />
to 8:00 pm. Program orientations are mandatory, however, only one needs to<br />
be attended. Welding instructor will determine and set tentative lab schedule<br />
with all students during the program orientation.<br />
WELD-115 - Math for Welders 3.0<br />

"ALL students must attend one classroom orientation the first week of school. Orientations<br />
are scheduled for Monday, January 14, 2013 in room 108 from 8:00am-12:00pm or<br />
Tuesday, January 15, 2013 from 8:00am-12:00pm or 5:00pm-8:00pm also in room 108.<br />
The welding instructor will set up lab schedule for each student at that time. All text book<br />
finals are to be typed and submitted on a 2G flash-drive."<br />

week of school. Orientations for safety (for personal protective equipment and tooling),<br />
nomenclature of welding process equipment, assembly and disassembly of process<br />
equipment will occur according to the lab schedule that will be determined the first week of<br />
January 14, 2013. All textbook finals are to be submitted on a 2G "flash-drive". All<br />
students will need PPE, Welpers, and 9" Channell-Locks too.<br />
