5.5 Types of Sequences<br />

Single Sequence: The basic type of sequence<br />

The first step in a step ladder diagram is called initial step, ranged as S0 ~ S9. The steps following<br />

the initial step are general steps numbered as S10 ~ S1023. When IST instruction is applied, S10 ~<br />

S19 will become the steps for zero return operation.<br />

1. Single Sequence without Divergence and Convergence<br />

After a sequence is completed, the control power on the steps will be transferred to the initial<br />

step.<br />
