13 S e c t i o n 진료지침의 실천 지침 ≫ 효과적인 실천에는 전략이 필요하다. ≫ 유효한 전략에는 지역의 권위(local champion), 임상 현장의 방문, 관리계획과 진료기록의 정기 적 심사에 대한 조직적 촉진 등이 포함된다. ≫ 효과적인 평가에는 신속하고 구체적인 피드백이 필요하다. ≫ 진료지침이 효과적이기 위해서는 그 지역 실정에 맞아야 한다. 해설 A. 서론 진료지침은 지역사정을 고려한 적극적인 교육적 개입을 통해 확대될 수 있으며, 전문 가의 행위로 환자를 직접 접하는 사람에 의해 실천되면 더욱 효과적이다. 의료자원과 의료서비스 구조는 나라에 따라 다양하므로, 진료지침은 지역실정에 맞지 않으면 안 된 다. 이것을 성공시키기 위해서는 교육과 실시전략을 포함한 형태로 도입되지 않으면 안 된다. 다음과 같은 수단이 권고된다 a. 국가나 지역의 지도자와 권위자 b. 국가 수준에서 진료지침은 그 나라의 당뇨병협회에서 지원되는 경우도 있을 것이 74 당뇨발병변 진료지침
