11 S e c t i o n 발병변의 예방 지침 ≫ 발병변은 1년에 1회 점검한다. 궤양이 있는 고위험 환자에서는 좀 더 자주 점검 한다. (Ia, A) ≫ 궤양이 생길 가능성이 높은 환자를 빨리 발견하는 것은 절단 예방에 가장 중요하다. (Ia, A) ≫ 예방에서 불가결한 것은 교육이고, 이 교육을 환자가 알기 쉽게 반복한다. (Ia, A) ≫ 교육은 건강관리 지도자와 환자에게 시행한다.
