230.9 In document<strong>in</strong>g the nature, tim<strong>in</strong>g and extent of audit procedures performed, the audi<str<strong>on</strong>g>to</str<strong>on</strong>g>r shall record:<br />
(a) The identify<strong>in</strong>g characteristics of the specific items or matters tested; (Ref: Para. A12)<br />
(b) Who performed the audit work and the date such work was completed; and<br />
(c) Who reviewed the audit work performed and the date and extent of such review. (Ref: Para. A13)<br />
240.45 The audi<str<strong>on</strong>g>to</str<strong>on</strong>g>r shall <strong>in</strong>clude the follow<strong>in</strong>g <strong>in</strong> the audit documentati<strong>on</strong> of the audi<str<strong>on</strong>g>to</str<strong>on</strong>g>r’s resp<strong>on</strong>ses<br />

f<strong>in</strong>ancial statement level and the nature, tim<strong>in</strong>g and extent of audit procedures, and the<br />
l<strong>in</strong>kage of those procedures with the assessed risks of material misstatement due <str<strong>on</strong>g>to</str<strong>on</strong>g> fraud<br />
at the asserti<strong>on</strong> level; and<br />
(b) The results of the audit procedures, <strong>in</strong>clud<strong>in</strong>g those designed <str<strong>on</strong>g>to</str<strong>on</strong>g> address the risk of<br />
management override of c<strong>on</strong>trols.<br />
330.28 The audi<str<strong>on</strong>g>to</str<strong>on</strong>g>r shall <strong>in</strong>clude <strong>in</strong> the audit documentati<strong>on</strong>:<br />
(a) The overall resp<strong>on</strong>ses <str<strong>on</strong>g>to</str<strong>on</strong>g> address the assessed risks of material misstatement at the<br />
f<strong>in</strong>ancial statement level, and the nature, tim<strong>in</strong>g, and extent of the further audit<br />
procedures performed;<br />
(b) The l<strong>in</strong>kage of those procedures with the assessed risks at the asserti<strong>on</strong> level; and<br />
(c) The results of the audit procedures, <strong>in</strong>clud<strong>in</strong>g the c<strong>on</strong>clusi<strong>on</strong>s where these are not<br />

330.30 The audi<str<strong>on</strong>g>to</str<strong>on</strong>g>rs’ documentati<strong>on</strong> shall dem<strong>on</strong>strate that the f<strong>in</strong>ancial statements agree or<br />
rec<strong>on</strong>cile with the underly<strong>in</strong>g account<strong>in</strong>g records.
