When <strong>in</strong>formati<strong>on</strong> is identified that suggests the existence of related-party relati<strong>on</strong>ships or transacti<strong>on</strong>s that<br />

were not previously identified or disclosed by management, the audi<str<strong>on</strong>g>to</str<strong>on</strong>g>r is required <str<strong>on</strong>g>to</str<strong>on</strong>g> determ<strong>in</strong>e whether the<br />

ISA 550 provides guidance <strong>on</strong> the audi<str<strong>on</strong>g>to</str<strong>on</strong>g>r’s resp<strong>on</strong>sibility and audit procedures regard<strong>in</strong>g related parties and<br />

transacti<strong>on</strong>s with such parties.<br />

evidence <str<strong>on</strong>g>to</str<strong>on</strong>g> comply with the specific account<strong>in</strong>g and disclosure requirements for<br />

related-party relati<strong>on</strong>ships, transacti<strong>on</strong>s, and balances.<br />

period and, if so, the type and purpose of the transacti<strong>on</strong>s.
