K+S Group Potash One and the Legacy Project • With Potash One, K+S has acquired several potash exploration permits in Saskatchewan/Canada (incl. the Legacy Project and its feasibility study). Southern area of the potash belt of Saskatchewan (Schematic Diagram) • The total purchase price was € 322.5 million (CAD 4.50 per share). • The Legacy Project is an advanced greenfield project for which an environmental permit has been granted. • Potash One is now fully incorporated in K+S Potash Canada GP.
