6.1 Progress Report – Self-Assessment 6.1.4 Further Actions and Emerging Issues To be completed and submitted annually via your VEC Officer/NQSF Standards Officer to the OMCYA in the 4th quarter of each year. This section of the Progress Report should be completed by the organisation following a period of implementation of the Continuous Improvement Plan.
