6.1 Progress Report – Self-Assessment 6.1.2 Core Principles<br />
To be completed and submitted annually via your VEC Officer/<strong>NQSF</strong> <strong>Standards</strong> Officer to the OMCYA in the 4th quarter of each year.<br />
This section of the Progress Report should be completed by the organisation following a period of implementation of the<br />
Continuous Improvement Plan.<br />
Please review the Continuous Improvement Plan (CIP) and detail any progress achieved.<br />
