Installation instructions<br />
The purpose of this procedure is to state rules and guidelines for installation of communication<br />
equipment at the Construction Site.<br />
This procedure is applicable for handling and installation of Central Equipment, Field<br />
Equipment and Special Cables.<br />
2 TERMINOLOGY<br />

AFC - Approved For Construction<br />
C - Commissioning<br />
MC - Mechanical Completion<br />
PC - Pre-Commissioning<br />
3 APPLICABLE DOCUMENTS<br />
• Packing and Preservation instructions<br />
• Equipment/ Cabinet Layout drawings<br />
• External connection diagram<br />
4 SAFETY REGULATORY REQUIREMENTS<br />
The construction work shall be executed in a safe and reliable way. Personnel shall observe and<br />
follow all security rules and regulations. Applicable permissions shall be obtained from the<br />
responsible person prior to start of any activity.<br />
