2 ALARMS (option)<br />
The <strong>SPA</strong> system may comprise an alarm tone generator board. (Option). This board has up<br />
to three different alarm types.<br />
Active alarms are indicated on the <strong>SPA</strong> 1500 STATUS panel by the ALARM led.<br />
The alarm tone generator board will always be installed if the system includes GA.<br />
2.1 Alarm activation / Reset<br />
The alarms may be automatically activated / reset from an external system (F&G panel).<br />
Alternatively an alarm control panel <strong>SPA</strong> 1503 / 1505 may be connected for manual<br />
control and indication.<br />
2.2 Alarm priority<br />
The alarm signal has normal priority below any PA, but above Entertainment. This ensures<br />
any Public Announcements to be heard at any time.<br />
The alarm will however temporarily override any ongoing PA when initiated, but the user<br />
may immediately regain access by reactivating the TALK button.<br />
