1. Remember: activating your beacon is the equivalent of transmitting<br />
a mayday.<br />
2. Follow manufacturer procedures when testing your beacon.<br />
3. If your beacon is activated<br />
• In a non-distress situation, or<br />
• In a distress situation, which resolves, and you no longer<br />
require assistance;<br />
