The LDRRM FUND
Sec. 21.Local Disaster Risk Reduction and
Management Fund (LDRRMF) – The present Local
Calamity Fund is now known as the Local DRRM Fund
(LRRMF)
Not less than 5% of the estimated revenues from
regular sources shall be set aside as the LDRRMF to
support DRM activities: pre-disaster preparedness
programs including training, purchasing SARE,
supplies and medicines, for post-disaster activities,
and payment of premiums on calamity insurance.
