Ultra-Low Refrigerated Circulators<br />

1. Use the keys to select the menu item.<br />

2. With the keys select the parameter (parameter blinks)<br />

or<br />

use the numeral keypad to enter the numbers (number segment<br />

blinks).<br />

3. Press enter to store the new parameter or value.<br />

Examples:<br />

T T = 80.00 °C<br />

T M = 79.73 °C<br />

T T = 120.00 °C<br />

T M = 119.51 °C<br />

T T = 160.00 °C<br />

T M = 159.34 °C<br />

Example:<br />

3-point calibration for internal control.<br />

In the temperature range of 80 °C to 160 °C the calibration curve of the<br />

temperature sensor (T T ) should be assimilated to the actual temperatures<br />

on the measuring point (T M ).<br />

Press the button. Under the menu >Control< set >ControlType<<br />

to >intern< and press enter .<br />

(ControlType: Can only be adjusted in the –OFF– condition)<br />

Press start/stop .<br />

Calibration procedure:<br />

Setpoints<br />

>Setpoint1: 80.00°C<br />

Setpoint2: 37.00°C<br />

Setpoint3: 70.00°C<br />

1. Press and set the first temperature value under<br />

>Setpoint1< for example (example 1 st value = 80 °C).<br />

2. Wait until this temperature is maintained constant in the bath for<br />

about 5 minutes.<br />

3. Press the button and open the menu >ATCalibrationSensor : intern<br />

Status : no<br />

Type : 3.point<br />

TmpValue1: 80.00°C<br />

CalValue1: 79.73°C<br />

TmpValue2: xx.xx°C<br />

CalValue2: xx.xx°C<br />

TmpValue3: xx.xx°C<br />

CalValue3: xx.xx°C<br />

4. Set the following:<br />

Menu item >Sensor< to >intern< ,<br />

Menu item >Status< to >no< ,<br />

Menu item >Type< to >3-pointCalValue 1< (79.73 °C) using the<br />

numeral keypad.<br />

Press enter and the circulator also stores the value of T T as<br />

value for >TmpValue 1< (80.00 °C) .<br />

The first of the 3 points is now calibrated.<br />

6. Repeat the calibration procedure for 120 °C and 160 °C.<br />
