FastDigest ® Enzymes are an advanced line of restriction enzymes
for rapid DNA digestion. All FastDigest ® Enzymes are 100% active
in the universal FastDigest ® Green Buffer (as opposed to complex
multi-buffer systems) and are able to digest DNA in minutes.
In addition, FastDigest ® buffer supports 100% activity of enzymes
used for DNA blunting, dephosphorylation and ligation. Therefore,
sequential digestions and buffer changes between experimental
steps are eliminated.
