Sie wollen ein einfaches Lichtband selbst
zusammenstellen und einen Preisüberblick
bekommen? 8 Schritte führen Sie schnell
ans Ziel. Trotzdem – wir sind für Sie da,
wenn Fragen offen bleiben!
1. Schritt – Farbe: Aluminium eloxiert,
tiefschwarz RAL9005 oder reinweiß RAL9010
sind Standard. Weitere RAL-Farben (ab
30 lfm) auf Anfrage.
2. Schritt – Profilart: pure-direct, pureasymmetric,
pure-direct/indirect oder
pure-integral.
3. Schritt – Montageart:
a – Aufbaumontage: Montagelöcher
vorgebohrt; Befestigungsmaterial separat
bestellen.
b – Seilmontage: Seilabhängungen alle 2,5 m
plus Anfang und Ende; empfohlener Deckenabstand
bei direct/indirect 400 – 1200 mm.
c – Wandmontage: Wandhalterung alle
900 mm plus Anfang und Ende; Abstand
Profil zur Wand: 20 mm.
d – Einbaumontage: Montagebügel alle
900 mm plus Anfang und Ende; Seilabhängung
alle 2,5 m plus Anfang und Ende;
Länge Einbetoniergehäuse entspricht Einbaumaß.
4. Schritt – Verbindungen:
a – Linienverbinder: pro zu verbindendem
Profilteil 1 Paar; maximale Teilprofillänge für
alle Profiltypen 4500 mm.
b – Winkelverbinder: Winkel wählen (90°
oder 135°). Skizze in Draufsicht empfehlenswert!
5. Schritt – Lichteinsätze / Leuchtenaufsätze:
FH oder FQ (FH verschiedene Wattagen
kombinierbar, FQ nur gleiche Wattagen).
Leuchtenaufsätze. Skizze/Positionierung
erforderlich.
6. Schritt – Diffuser: Für Bat Wing-Reflektor
und versetzte Lösung. Länge und Art (Arcyl
satiné, Polycarbonat satiné, Polycarbonat
matt, Polycarbonat prisma) festlegen.
7. Schritt – Abdeckung des nicht bestückten
Restprofiles: Diffusor oder
Blindabdeckung? Meterpreis inkl. Schnittkosten.
Skizze/Positionierung erforderlich.
8. Schritt – Endkappen: Bei pure-integral
11 mm, bei pure-direct, -direct/indirect,
-asymmetric 2 mm/Endkappe einrechnen.
Profilaußenmaß inkl. Endkappen bestellen.

Step 1 – Colour: Anodised aluminium, jet
black RAL9005, pure white RAL9010. Other
RAL colours (from 30 m) on request.
Step 2 – Profile type: pure-direct, pureasymmetric,
pure-direct/indirect or pureintegral
Step 3 – Installation option:
a – Surface mount: Mounting holes pre-drilled,
mounting accessories not included.
b – Pendant mount: Suspensions all 2.5 m
plus both ends; recommended distance
from ceiling for pure-direct/indirect 400
– 1200 mm.
c – Wall mount: Wall brackets every
900 mm plus both ends; distance profile
- wall: 20 mm.
d – Recessed mount: Mounting brackets every
900 mm plus both ends; suspensions
every 2.5 m plus both ends; length of purebox
equals recess dimension.
Step 4 – Connectors:
a – Line connector: 1 pair/profile; max. single
profile length 4500 mm for all profile types.
b – Angle connector: choose angle (90°,
135°). Drawing recommended.
Step 5 – Light inserts/light attachments:
FH and FQ in various wattages. (FH combination
with a variety of wattage options, FQ
- same wattage only). Light attachments.
Drawing recommended.
Step 6 – Diffuser: For Bat Wing reflector and
offset solution determine the length and type
(acrylic satiné, polycarbonat satiné, polycarbonat
mat, polycarbonat prisma).
Step 7 – Cover for remaining non-component
profile: Diffusor or blind cover?
Metre price includes cost of cutting. Drawing
recommended.
Step 8 – End caps: The length of band
ordered equals outher length plus end caps;
For pure-integral allow +11 mm, for direct/
indirect and asymmetric +2 mm.

a – En apparent: les moyens de fixation ne
sont pas fournis. Les perçages sont exécutés.
b – Suspentes: prévoir un filin aux extrémités
et tous les 2,5 m; hauteur optimale de suspente
puredirect/indirect : 400–1200 mm.
c – En applique: une fixation murale aux extrémités
et tous les 900 mm; Respecter une
distance de 20 mm par rapport au mur.
d – Encastrés: placer étriers ou tiges filetées
aux extrémités et tous les 900mm. Pour
fixations par filins, prévoir un filin aux
extrémités et tous les 2,5 m. La longueur du
purebox = dimensions d’encastrement.
4. Choix - raccords:
a – Raccordement linéaire : par profil raccordé
envisager 1 paire; longueur max. d’un
profil : 4500 mm.
b – Raccords d’angle: choisir angle désiré
(90°, 135°). Un croquis coté est recommandable.
5. Choix - intégration des luminaires: FH
et FQ (la combinaison de puissances de FH
non homogènes est réalisable ; conserver la
même puissance pour les FQ). Spots intégrables.
Un croquis coté est indispensable.
6. Choix - cache: Déterminer longueur du
diffuseur acrylique ou polycarbonate pour
Bat Wing et solution par tubes sécants.
7. Choix - fermeture du profilé sans luminaires:
Acrylique ou aluminium? Les caches
opaques sont incluses dans le prix du mètre
linéaire. Un croquis coté est indispensable.
8. Choix - embouts de fermeture: La
longueur de la bande comprend les embouts.
Chaque embout de pure-integral mesure
11 mm, ceux de pure-direct, direct/indirect,
asymmetric mesurent 2 mm.
