Schutzklassen
Für die elektrische Sicherheit von Leuchten
werden Schutzmaßnahmen gefordert, die
verhindern, dass berührbare Metallteile
im Fehlerfall Spannung führen können. Die
Einteilung in Schutzklassen gibt Auskunft
über die jeweiligen Maßnahmen:
Protection classes
For the electrical safety of lamps protective
measures are required in order to prevent
metal parts which can be touched could
come under voltage in case of fault. The
safety classes provide information on the
prevailing measures:

Alle berührbaren Metallteile sind elektrisch leitend miteinander verbunden und werden mit dem Netzschutzleiter
verbunden.

Die Leuchte hat durch entsprechende Isolierungen (Schutzisolierung oder doppelte Isolierung) keine berührbaren
Metallteile, die im Fehlerfall Spannung führen können. Ein Schutzleiter ist nicht vorhanden.
The lamp, by means of appropriate insulation, has no touchable metal parts which in the case of a fault could
lead to voltage. No protection wire is provided.
Matériel dans lequel des mesures supplémentaires de sécurité telles que la double isolation ou l’isolation renforcée
ont été mises en œuvre. Ces appareils ne comportent pas de mise à la terre.
Die Leuchte wird mit Kleinspannung bis 42 V betrieben, die von einem Sicherheitstrafo oder einer Batterie stammt.
The lamp is operated with low-voltage (max. 42 V), which comes either from a safety transformer or battery.
Matériel dans lequel la protection contre les chocs électriques est fondée sur l’alimentation en TBTS
(tensions ( 50 V =).
Schutzarten
Die Schutzart gibt Auskunft darüber,
wie gut eine Leuchte gegen Einwirkungen
durch feste Fremdkörper, Staub und
Wasser geschützt ist. Die in diesem Katalog
vorliegenden Produkte sind gegen das
Eindringen mittelgroßer, fester Fremdkörper
geschützt (Fremdkörper > 12 mm), ein
Schutz gegen das Eindringen von Wasser
besteht nicht (IP20).
Protection types
The term protection type denotes
the extent to which a lamp is protected
against the effects of foreign substances,
dust and water. The products available in
this catalogue are protected against the
penetration of medium sized solid particles
(size > 12 mm), but not against penetration
of water (IP20).
Degrés de protection
Les obligations réglementaires sont d’ordre
de température, de la protection contre les
contacts directs, contre la pénétration des
corps solides et / ou d’eau ainsi que de la
protection contre les chocs mécaniques. Les
produits représentés dans ce catalogue sont
protegés contre la penetration des corps
mediums (> 12 mm) mais pas contre l‘eau
(IP20).
