5. The Type field should default to Postable.
6. Continue to press TAB or ENTER until the insertion point is on the next
line. Do not change the Option or the Current Balances fields.
7. Repeat steps 3–6 for each new activity account.
8. When you are finished, click the Close button to return to the menu.
The program will establish two more accounts automatically—the 4000 and the
6000 accounts. These accounts have the same description as the 3000 account.
For example, if you add 3100, the computer will setup 4100 and 6100 automatically.
The CPA program uses the 3000 account to store the beginning balance for the
activity fund. The 4000 account stores receipts. The 6000 account keeps track of
checks written from the fund.
