Attention New Associates:
Online Registration for Benefits is Mandatory

It is now a mandatory requirement that all eligible associates (excluding First
Coast Primary Care Associates) enroll online for their benefits including but not
limited to health insurance.
Once you become eligible for benefits, your packet will be forwarded to you at your
department.
Complete your benefit enrollment online at your work station, at your personal
computer or, if you need access, computers are available at the following locations:
• St. Vincent’s Employment, Employee Relations, Room 1103
• St. Vincent’s Compensation & Benefits, Room 10-043
• St. Luke’s Employment Office, Roger Main Bldg., Room 220
or Ground Level SLH Library
Failure to enroll online will result in forfeiture of your benefits. You will not have
the opportunity to enroll until the next open enrollment.
Dress Down Days
Support Charities
In support of charitable events, SVHC associates can look
forward to two more Dress Down Days:
Friday, October 15: Making Strides Against Breast Cancer
The event is Saturday, October 16.
Friday, November 12: Vincentian Food Pantry.
Thanksgiving is a special time of need.
These Fridays have been approved for associates to donate $5 to wear nice jeans or
“fun scrubs” with the proceeds going to the specific event.
Dress down attire includes “fun scrubs” or neat jeans – no cut-offs or cut-outs.
Please check with your manager or director regarding acceptable dress down attire
for your area.
An authorized sticker must be worn each Dress Down Day – no exceptions.
Stickers will be sold approximately two weeks prior to each Dress Down Day.
Specific dates and locations for purchasing tickets will be announced via e-mail.
