She is dedicated to not only our department but the health system as a whole. I’m proud to work “with” her. Lynnette Chakkaphak System Director, Laboratory Services/ Consolidated Lab Lynnette inspires everyone to be their best. She is a beloved leader to all of us. Her responsibilities would prove daunting to most of us, but yet she “skips” down our halls with joy, and embraces daily challenges fearlessly. Rev. Gerald Clark Chaplain, Pastoral Care St. Vincent’s Medical Center Rev. Clark is a professional Chaplain who truly “inspires trust through personal leadership.” As Interim Director, Gerald was exceptional, never faltering from the integrity that is so characteristic of his person as a Chaplain in healthcare.

Bob Cook Cardiopulmonary Services St. Luke’s Bob demonstrates integrity by helping others succeed, improving the work environment, and staying involved with the staff’s everyday activities. He never asks or expects anyone to do something he wouldn’t do, setting high expectations for himself and his staff. Linda Cooler Laboratory Processing St. Vincent’s Medical Center Linda’s everyday actions foster trust and inspire all who work with her. She leads by example, always focusing on accuracy, quality, and service excellence. Her spirituality inspires co-workers and is often a source of comfort to those in need. Laura Crawford, RN Waycross Cardiology Laura wears “many hats” at the office of Waycross Cardiology and steps up when asked to. She keeps the office running as smoothly as possible and wears a smile to work. From this smile we get “happy associates and most of all, happy patients.” Sandy Dupont, CRC 3500 ICU St. Vincent’s Medical Center (3 separate nominations for Integrity) Sandy is a team player and strives to provide a safe, caring, and positive work environment. Sandy is an excellent nurse educator and demonstrates personal leadership on all levels. She is dedicated to ensuring our staff gets all of the education they need to provide quality care, working one on one with staff when necessary. Jon Evans Respiratory Care St. Luke’s Jon is comfortable and skilled in all phases of Respiratory Care. He helps out wherever and whenever needed. His attitude helps to create a positive atmosphere that fosters team work, helps improve morale and has a calming affect on patients and co-workers. Linda Jenkins Administration St. Luke’s Linda is very busy but still has time to help anyone in need. She is involved with many activities at St. Luke’s and is most helpful in planning and executing celebrations at St. Luke’s. Linda’s enthusiasm and willingness to help is most appreciated. Elizabeth Greathouse, RN 3500 ICU St. Vincent’s Medical Center Elizabeth is a dedicated nurse that can be counted on to provide quality care to each of her patients and to assist others to do the same. She can be counted on to handle additional assignments and is a caring professional at all times. Randy Hartley Administration St. Luke’s Randy truly goes above and beyond to care for associates, doctors, and patients like his own family. He knows the night and weekend staff and comes in during holidays to thank the associates working. He shares his spirituality openly with all. Jeff Hartman Maintenance St. Catherine Labouré Manor Jeff is a very dedicated associate whose focus is to provide a comfortable, safe, and friendly atmosphere for our residents. Jeff is also an experienced mechanic and takes the initiative to fix projects he finds before he is even asked. SEPTEMBER 2010 13
