Managing Patient Records<br />

Printing ECG Reports<br />

1. In the DIRECTORY menu, scroll to and select the VIEW BY<br />

NAME or VIEW BY ID Þeld by pressing either the ÒNÓ key or<br />

the ÒIÓ key (on the Eclipse Plus, select VIEW DIRECTORY).<br />

2. Locate the desired patient Þle, highlight it, and press the Enter<br />

key. The Single ECG Functions list is displayed.<br />

3. If you wish to edit patient information, press the ÒEÓ key to<br />

access the EDIT ID menu. Make changes as desired. Press the<br />

left arrow to return to the Single ECG Functions list.<br />

4. If you wish to modify the settings for Recorder Speed, Gain or<br />

Frequency Response, press the ÒCÓ key to access the CHANGE<br />

SPEED, GAIN, FILTER menu. Use the arrows to make different<br />

selections. Press the left arrow to return to the Single ECG<br />

Functions list.<br />

5. Press the ÒPÓ key to print a copy of the report.<br />

NOTE: Depending upon system settings, the ECG report will<br />

include a rhythm report and a median complex report. Analysis<br />

information may also be included on the printout for<br />

interpretive units only, unless this feature has been disabled. To<br />

verify or change the print settings, see ÒRhythm PageÓ,<br />

ÒMedian Complex PageÓ, and ÒAnalysis-originalÓ on pg. 4-8.<br />

6. Manually print a copy of the median complex report for the<br />

record by pressing the ÒRÓ key.<br />

NOTE:<br />

Chart speed is Þxed at 50 mm/s.<br />

7. Print a copy of the measurement matrix for the record by<br />

pressing the ÒNÓ key.<br />

Use the Left Arrow key to exit.<br />
