Recording in 12 Lead Mode<br />
• When you have selected all ECGs, press the<br />
key to return to the function keys.<br />
• Using the cursor, select the “Send” command and<br />
initiate the function with .<br />
The transmission is first initialized (Figure 5-12),<br />
then it starts (Figure 5-13).<br />

After the transmission, a message on the display<br />
indicates the number of successfully transmitted<br />
ECGs. As soon as you acknowledge the message<br />
with , the 12 Lead Mode acquisition screen<br />
appears.<br />
If it is not possible to transmit the ECG (wrong<br />
modem setup, modem off), the unit will display an<br />
error message, such as "ECG Transmission Error!<br />
(CSI)" (Figure 5-14).<br />
In this situation you have the following choices:<br />
− you can repeat the transmission with<br />
− you can change the settings with setup<br />
− you can stop the transmission with .<br />

5.5.4 Direct Transmission of Data to a<br />
MUSE CV Information System<br />
Before sending data to the MUSE CV Information<br />
System, the <strong>MAC</strong> <strong>1200</strong> automatically logs on to the<br />
MUSE CV Information System. Then the data will<br />
be transmitted. If the transmission is stopped, the<br />
<strong>MAC</strong> <strong>1200</strong> may take a few seconds before canceling<br />
the connection because it has to log off the MUSE<br />
CV Information System first. Then the standard<br />
display reappears.<br />
