Resting ECG: Post Test Review Arrhythmia Review This screen shows one lead of the reference ECG at a time. A bar diagram below the signal trace indicates, for each individual QRS complex, the deviation of the RR interval from the mean RR interval. Resting ECG: Post Test Review Determining the Heart Rate In a normal ECG: 1. Click on a point of the ECG to mark the beginning of the interval to be measured. A marker appears. 2. Click on the end of the interval. A line appears connecting the two end points and the corresponding heart rate is displayed. 3. Click the right mouse button to remove the markers and data. In the presence of atrial fibrillation or flutter: In this situation you will have to define a cardiac cycle yourself. 1. Click Cycles and select the number of cycles over which the HR is to be determined. 2. Click on a point of the ECG to mark the beginning of the interval to be measured. A marker appears. 3.
