Remedy<br />

CORINA:<br />

Check AC power adapter! The green LED must be illuminated<br />

when ECG acquisition is started.<br />

Check connection cable and connectors.<br />

CAM-USB:<br />

Normal operation: green LED on, yellow LED off.<br />

Both LEDs off: no power.<br />

Green LED on, yellow LED blinks: CAM14 module not<br />

connected.<br />

Green and yellow LEDs on: not ready.<br />

Green and yellow LEDs on + beep: no connection to CAM-USB.<br />

If the installed manufacturer's printer driver has a spooler or print<br />

status indicator (e.g. HP), this driver must be uninstalled and all<br />

pertinent entries must be removed from the registry, if applicable.<br />

This should be referred to an authorized system administrator,<br />

because incorrect entries in the registry may cause the system to<br />

break down. Please install a standard printer driver, e.g. the<br />

Windows driver HP LaserJet 4 for laser printers.<br />

Check network address of the remote PC on your local PC and<br />

correct, if necessary.<br />

Check option code and correct, if necessary.<br />

Enable the Remote View function.<br />

Not all required electrodes are applied. If you wish to initiate the<br />

analysis all the same, click the Relearn medians button.<br />

The program may have selected two unsuitable leads. Manually<br />

select two good leads (see section “Miscellaneous 1 Tab” on<br />

page 11-24).<br />

The screen diagonal entered in the System Configuration<br />

(section “General Tab” on page 11-41) is incorrect.<br />

For screens below 17 inches: the Windows taskbar is always on<br />

top (Windows settings - Taskbar).<br />

Wrong screen resolution in Windows. Please use Small Fonts.<br />

The CAM-USB interface box was not connected when the<br />

program was started. Connect the CAM-USB interface box, exit<br />

the program and restart.<br />

Incorrect ergometer model / port selected (section “Devices<br />

Tab” on page 11-53).<br />

Check connection cable and connectors.<br />

Turn ergometer off and on again. Restart the program.<br />
