• Regular and student conference registration includes admission to conference, proceedings, tutorials, workshops,
coffee breaks, lunches on May 18 (Wednesday), May 19 (Thursday) and May 20 (Friday), the reception on
Wednesday night, and the banquet on Thursday night. The workshop proceedings and the tutorial notes must be
purchased separately (Additional banquet tickets, reception tickets, and proceedings can be purchased on-site.)
• Confirmation letter or email will be mailed within 10 days of registration received via fax.
• Cancellation policy:
− Alterations or cancellations of reservations should be addressed to the contact below via fax by May 10 th .
− Registration fees will be refunded in full, except for a handling charge of 5500 JPY, in case that can
cellation is received by Dr. Kawasaki by May 10th 2005. Thereafter no refund will be issued.
