taste, popularity and comfort.”<br />

As shown on left, first in the middle of the chest, then of right<br />

and then left, mentally saying, “I discard three internal darts –<br />

deceit, reward for material gain because of religious activities,<br />

and false belief. ” (Not to be done by women)<br />

As shown on left, first move the Muhapatti at the right<br />

shoulder, “I discard anger and ego.” Then move the Muhapatti<br />

at the left shoulder, “I discard deceit and greed.” (Not to be<br />

done by women)<br />

(Now, put the Muhapatti on the Katäsanä, and pick up the<br />

Charavalo)<br />
