CLARA POWER SPECIFICATION GUIDE

Here’s the ABCs of powering up izzy. Need single circuit or
multi-circuit power or don’t have a clue what you need? This
can help you determine the right power for your working applications.
It’s easier than you think! For product specific information and
pricing, please refer to pages 46-49.

SINGLE-CIRCUIT POWER
How do you know when you need
single-circuit power?
• Have simple power/data needs
• Only need one circuit for power
• Don’t need an electrician to install building infeeds
• Want to plug and play, reconfigure easily by yourself
anytime you want
• Don’t have long runs of workstations, just a few peeps
to power up (1 to 4 persons)
• Have standard duplex receptacles throughout your
space, in close proximity to the workstations (located
on walls or in the floor)
• Plug cords right into the building outlets themselves
or use izzy’s Port or Powerblock and Post
See page 52 for example of a single-circuit application.
Surfboard Receptacles Whip
Port
Clamps onto the edge of a Clara worksurface,
bringing power and data to the worksurface height.
Has a single cord that drops off the back of the
worksurface and plugs into the wall or floor outlet
below. Comes standard with two power outlets,
two communication ports.
Note: Use NYC Port if you’re located in New York
or Chicago.
Powerblock + Post
Power strip with 6 outlets and 2 communication
ports slide onto the freestanding post, and come
with a cable bag for wire management. Cords from
the powerblocks chase down the post and plug
into a standard duplex receptacle in the floor or wall.
Cord length is 6'. Specify up to four powerblocks
per post.
