PITA CRISPS<br />
Pita bread<br />
Olive oil<br />
Sea salt flakes (easily obtained from good supermarkets)<br />
1. Brush oil over both sides of the bread.<br />
2. Sprinkle top-side with salt flakes and cut into wedges.<br />
3. Bake in <strong>Nu</strong>-<strong>Wave</strong> oven on 10cm rack for 5 minutes.<br />
A great snack to serve when having a drink or a much better alternative to potato crisps. To add some<br />
difference you may like to add some crushed garlic to the oil or sprinkle your favourite spice mix<br />
instead of the salt.<br />
