PESTO STARS<br />
30g butter, softened<br />
2 sheets puff pastry, thawed<br />
2 tbsp pesto (this can be basil, sun dried tomato or your favourite)<br />
½ cup parmesan cheese, finely grated<br />
1. Combine pesto and butter in a small bowl.<br />
2. Spread pesto mixture over pastry sheets, sprinkle with cheese.<br />
3. Using a star shaped pastry cutter, cut stars from pasty sheets, place onto baking paper or well<br />
oiled 10cm rack.<br />
4. Bake in <strong>Nu</strong><strong>Wave</strong> oven on 10cm rack, level 10 for 5mins; turning for last minute if you wish.<br />
