MEXICAN BAGELS<br />
1 bagel<br />
1 tbsp bottled tomato salsa<br />
½ small avocado, sliced thickly<br />
2 slices cheddar cheese<br />
1. Split bagel in half horizontally.<br />
2. Spread 2 teaspoons of salsa over each bagel half.<br />
3. Top each half with avocado and one cheese slice.<br />
Cook in <strong>Nu</strong><strong>Wave</strong> oven, on 10cm rack, for 5mins.<br />
For 2 or more bagels, increase the ingredients accordingly.<br />
