Lge rounds of pita bread<br />
Tomato sauce (use your own recipe or the bottled variety for spaghetti is easily found at your<br />
supermarket)<br />
1 cup of pizza cheese (this is a mixture of mozzarella, parmesan, cheddar)<br />
Choice of toppings<br />
1. Bake pita bread in <strong>Nu</strong><strong>Wave</strong> oven on 10cm rack for 3mins.<br />
2. Remove from oven and turn bread over – lightly spread this side with tomato sauce.<br />
3. Add your choice of toppings, sprinkle with cheese.<br />
4. Bake in <strong>Nu</strong><strong>Wave</strong> oven on 10cm rack for 8mins<br />

Cabanossi, pepperoni, salami or ham with<br />
